Their People & Culture team plays a crucial role in driving the business forward, and they’re looking for a talented HR Analyst to join the team and make a big impact 

THE ROLE
As a Senior HR Analyst you will support two key functions in the areas of process improvement and project management.
You will develop process improvements and system requirements that align with the needs of the people, leaders, and P&C team. Your role is essential in enabling P&C to scale and support the future growth. A key part will be assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across strategic programs within the P&C business unit.

Please note this is a 12 month FTC. 

THE CRITERIA
You will have proven experience as an HR Analyst with a focus on process improvement and project management. you will have expertise in process design, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in project management. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
