As an Intensive Therapeutic Case Manager supporting the far north region, you will play a pivotal role in providing holistic support to young people in need In this role you will provide quality case management support for Children & Young people residing within our therapeutic care homes in the Tweed Heads and the Lismore Region . You will work closely with the Children, Young People and their support network to develop and implement therapeutic case plans that meet their individual needs and goals.

Role requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, or a relevant diploma and be working towards a degree. ( A qualification is desirable but not essential for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with relevant experience and a willingness to undertake further training)
- Previous complex case management experience within an Intensive Therapeutic Care or Out Of Home Care (OOHC) setting
- Experience supporting Children & Young People with disability, who have experienced backgrounds of trauma, abuse and/or neglect.
- Understanding of current casework practices for children and young people
- Understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people
- Current drivers’ licence
