Social Worker/Case Manager

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Social Workers, Case Managers, Senior Social Workers, and Senior Case Managers. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families and children to provide high-quality case management services, ensuring their safety, stability, and security.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to families and children, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support the safe return of children to their care.
- Work collaboratively with key professionals and families to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Apply culturally sensitive child protection practice to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the best interests of children are prioritized.
