About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. As a Therapeutic Case Manager, you'll work closely with children, young people, and their support networks to develop and implement individualized therapeutic case plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic support to children and young people in need
  • Develop and implement therapeutic case plans that meet individual needs and goals
  • Work closely with children, young people, and their support networks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or relevant diploma and working towards a degree
  • Previous complex case management experience in an Intensive Therapeutic Care or Out Of Home Care setting
  • Experience supporting children and young people with disability, trauma, abuse, and neglect
  • Understanding of current casework practices for children and young people
  • Understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people
  • Current driver's license
