Work with a tech organisation that is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to start immediately, for 3 months, with the option to temp to perm This role is located in Sydney's Inner City, close to public transport.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will;Manage a team of 7 in 2 different states, ensuring performance and targets are met.Ensure both client and end user's experience are positive and to a high standard, using your skills and experience in managing 2-sides of customers.Providing solutions and new ideas to change and change management, improving the levels of service through innovative ideas, using the multi omnichannels, and working with multiple teams internally.Forecasting, budgeting and reporting on results.Experience
For this role you will need;Leadership experience in customer service/ customer success.Specifically in a service where there are more than 1 type of user/ customer.Proven success in managing and leading teams in change management and growing businesses.A tech background would be beneficial but not essential.A high level of motivation, passion for change and people management.This role is to start immediately, offering up to $50ph + super. As this is a temporary to permanent position we cannot consider working holiday visa's.
