As Regional Manager NSW, ACT and WA you will lead and drive a team of passionate people across eight Bendon Outlets stores and 10 Myer Concession stores across these three states. This is a job with a broad range of responsibilities and needs someone who is supremely organized, with high energy levels and experience in managing multi-site and multi-state teams.
As part of our Senior Retail Team, you will create an environment where people are valued and support our teams to bring to life our purpose every day. Driving sales and achievement of KPIs will be your natural cadence, alongside your ambition in developing our team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support teams across NSW, ACT, and WA to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to manage inventory, budgets, and staffing.
- Foster a customer-first mindset and uphold Bendon's values.
- Oversee people management, including recruitment, development, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
