The Role:As a Project Controller, you'll be the financial compass for our CAPEX projects. Your mission: to ensure every project lands within budget and on schedule. You'll be the go-to expert for cost analysis, restructuring the WBS, and leveraging the full potential of SAP and cost management systems for impeccable financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth cost analysis to pinpoint savings and enhance financial outcomes.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets and forecasts using SAP and cost management systems.
  • Integrate financial data into SAP modules (PS, CO) and cost management systems for seamless project tracking.
  • Collaborate on WBS restructuring, ensuring effective management and clear cost tracking.
  • Utilize SAP tools and cost management systems for rigorous cost monitoring and control.
  • Produce and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, using advanced system reporting features.
  • Assist in cost estimation for new initiatives or project modifications.
  • Uphold compliance with financial regulations and maintain meticulous documentation within system frameworks.

Your Profile:

  • Significant experience as a Project Controller in CAPEX projects, preferably in industrial or heavy industry sectors.
  • Proficient in SAP Project Systems (PS), SAP Controlling (CO), and other relevant cost management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project finances, from budgeting to forecasting to reporting.
  • Skilled in financial data analysis with a strategic approach to cost-saving.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Committed to compliance and thorough documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
