Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project management activities associated with the Container Parks Business projects nationally.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Botany, Australia. The successful candidate will take ownership and responsibility for project management activities across the Container Parks portfolio of projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and support key projects that deliver business solutions and support broader business development.
  • Plan and monitor project progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans to support activity, resources, and interdependencies.
  • Identify and resolve issues, managing project risks, including contingency planning.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and sponsors/project board.
  • Ensure the right people, with the right skills, are secured for the right roles within the project.
  • Identify and obtain support and advice required for project management, planning, and control.
  • Conduct end-project evaluation to assess project management and prepare an end-project report, including lessons learned.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management disciplines.
  • 5+ years of Project Management industry experience.
  • Project Management certification or designation (PMP ideal).
  • Experience managing multiple business projects.
  • Experience successfully managing a portfolio of projects.
  • Experience with project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational project management efforts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work collaboratively with and through others.
What We Offer

Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
