Role Overview

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting program delivery, management, and coordination, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure program milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of significant infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives through effective project controls;
  • Foster seamless communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners for successful project delivery and issue resolution;
  • Supervise and mentor the Project Officer, guiding them on tasks, timelines, and deliverables;
  • Build and maintain strong connections with internal groups, operations, consultants, and contractors;
  • Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges for leadership and stakeholders;
  • Identify and mitigate risks while driving process improvements and innovation within the program.

About You

We seek an experienced professional with a Diploma of Project Management, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience, to join our team. Key requirements include advanced organisational skills, agile approach, strong communication, and previous experience in program or project management within the infrastructure sector (5+ years desirable but not essential).
