Onsite IT and VC Support Engineer

The role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide video conferring (VC) support to the organisation, correct VC faults locally and remotely, and liaise with external vendors to ensure VC functionality. As part of the team, you will be asked to contribute to national IT projects, assist with level three support, and continually upskill your IT knowledge for career progression.

About you :

We are looking for someone with strong people & technology skills with a minimum plus years' experience in a similar environment & have a Good understanding and experience Video Conferencing knowledge.

You will also have/be accountable for but not limited to:

Assist in providing VIP support for Commission and Senior Executives nationally Maintaining, updating, and supporting AV Equipment Updating of internal registers and procedures to reflect the status of AV rooms, including maintenance reports Conduct AV audits as required including compiling of scheduled reports. Taking ownership of customer issues and requests by proactively managing a positive client experience and ensuring results are communicated to the client clearly and meaningfully AV Skills and Experience Relevant experience in an AV incident response roleCrestron AV (or similar) deployment experienceMicrosoft Teams support experienceUnified comms experience covering Webex and Zoom.
