Reporting to the Reman Manager, you will provide end to end Administration support for our Service team. The role will be standard office hours and will be based in our Brisbane Reman Branch .
The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing Opening and closing monthly reoccurring jobs Maintenance of local databases to track WIP Assist with building, plant and tool maintenance Payroll support and time registration entry Purchase order and invoice processing Compile information required for internal & external audits Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records Assist in other general Service administration tasksTo be successful you will need:
Previous experience in a similar Administration support role Excellent data entry skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
