The DC Admin Assistant will be responsible for all stock coming into the warehouse and any receivable issues according to company guidelines.
- Schedule stock deliveries with vendors.
- Verify vendor documents against orders.
- Manage Receiving calendar.
- Handle stock delivery inquiries.
- Escalate receiving issues.
- Perform data entry.
- Collaborate internally.

**Qualifications**
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with high computer literacy.
- Detail-oriented with organizational and logístical expertise.
- Team-oriented and proactive critical thinker.
- Provides warehouse administrative support.

**Additional Information**
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
- Parking on site.
