**About the Role**:
Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. We are looking for an Customer Service Office Support Administrator to join the team for the summer period. The Office Support / Customer Service role is primarily responsible for providing administrative & customer service support over the busy period and is a critical role that is the first point of contact for all branch customer enquiries. It is essential that the person in this role can build rapport in person and over the phone and facilitate all aspects of our customer journey. This position will also provide sales and administration support to the Branch.

Some of what you will be doing:

- Greet and assist customers and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner
- Direct calls to the appropriate employee in an efficient and professional manner
- Confirm job times with clients via outbound phone calls
- Perform Outbound calls to Toll customers to check in the progress of a move and identify if any issues need to be resolved
- Perform exit calls with customers and prompt them to fill out the Customer Service Survey
- General administration duties including typing, filing and photocopying
- Customer service to support our Operations teams
- Other administrative ad hoc duties as directed by the Branch & Operations Manager

**About you**:
Ideally you will have previous experience in customer service and administration or reception supporting a remote or onsite team. This role will come with a full induction and support to get the individual up to speed.

- Previous administration experience an advantage
- Intermediate computer skills
- The ability to provide a proactive customer response
- A time management expert who can prioritise and step it up when it’s busy
