MongoDB’s Early Talent Recruiting Team is responsible for hiring our stellar summer interns, new graduates and Entry Level Sales Development roles. As an Associate Early Talent Recruiter, you will also support the execution of our summer internship ensuring that each and every early talent hire has an amazing experience at MongoDB. You will also be responsible for hiring for various Sales Development Representative roles.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Sydney, Australia, for our hybrid working model.

In this role, you will

Assist with full cycle recruiting for Sales Development. This includes sourcing, resume review, initial phone interviews, and offer deliveryPlan and execute our summer internship program; including, coordinating social activities, arranging speakers, and relationship building with internsPartner with universities and student groups to build our employer brandDeliver an exceptional candidate experience maintaining a high touch and personalized processHelp build and evolve our early talent programs at MongoDB

The right person for this role will

Have 1+ year working experience in early talent recruiting or a relevant functionHave exposure to the high volume and fast paced world of early talentBe exceptionally organized and amazing time management skillsFamiliarity with the entire Gsuite is beneficialProficiency working in Greenhouse ATS is preferredBe willing to work flexible hours and travel if necessaryAdapt and excel in fast-paced environments
