About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Early Talent Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our busy campus recruitment team. In this 12-month contract, you will work closely with our Early Careers Recruitment Partners to further evolve our talent attraction, events, and engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of strategies for recruiting top-tier graduate talent.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and campus visits to promote our employee value proposition.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to drive innovation.
  • Analyse event performance and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders.
Your Benefits
