It’s just that contract recruiters usually need the facts up front before talking about a move.

Contract recruiters don’t always work on the sexiest, innovation markets.

They don’t always work exclusively.

They’re all about winning and getting the job done.

They know that hard work pays off.

They don’t like starting a month with zero revenue booked.

Contract recruiters are the backbone of a successful recruitment firm.

Our contract team is no different, and we have one advantage.

That is Focus.

While perm volumes have been smashed across the market, our contract team has been tooling up.

You’ll work on some of the largest technology accounts in the country.

Software Engineering (including Testing) contract work within our major accounts will be your responsibility to secure, place and expand upon.

Banking, Retail and Managed Services are where you’ll do most of your work.

The sales team has a pipeline, mostly Mining, Energy, Financials and Healthcare.

There will often be some contract needs in our start-up/scaleup ecosystem.

You won’t be constrained by geography, working briefs across Australia.

You’ll be supported by our delivery team (sourcing) and a contracts administrator.

We’re realistic and know that a successful contract desk is built over time.

We’re confident that your expertise combined with our contracting platform will produce winning.

For the alleviation of doubt, commission and OTE is uncapped.

No one is here to hold you back from achieving your goals.
