Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Charterhouse, based in Parramatta/hybrid. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the success of our projects.
About the Role
- Support a range of special projects including research, data collection, collation of information and training to assist the Manager.
- Provide administrative support: prepare and maintain program documentation, reports and records. Manage schedules, meetings and communications related to the program.
- Undertake aspects of project review to evaluate and provide sound advice and recommendations to support strategy development, decision making and improve the effectiveness of projects, programs, and processes.
- Coordinate requests on behalf of the Group to ensure timely and accurate information and responses.
- Manage and coordinate the workflow of activities and provide administration support to the Group such as preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, submissions, and responses to information requests.
- Provide consistent and timely liaison with departmental staff from the Minister's office, the Department, other agencies, and stakeholders on a range of issues, including sourcing information to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the unit.
- Utilise and maintain comprehensive systems and procedures, including the utilisation of the records management system, and make recommendations for the improvement of processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group.
- Analyse and interpret data to support decisions and improve organisational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading project coordination
- NSW government experience preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Charterhouse is a NSW government organisation looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team. The role is paying $67 per hour + super on a 6-month contract.
