We have an opportunity for an experienced Business DevelopmentManager to join the Rheem Sales team based out of our MelbourneOffice covering the Eastern region. Your role will be representRheem Australia Pty Ltd within the VIC hot water market andstrategic assigned sectors. You will establish and develop keyrelationships to generate expected
growth and new opportunities for the hot water market and willensure customers needs are met. In addition, you will manageand develop the Rheem Hot Water Specialists activity within theState.
About you
The role would suit a driven Business Developement Manager withexperience across the plumbing and building industry who iscommitted, passionate, energetic, and reliable. You will alsohave:
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor Successful experience in building a territory/segment within a business Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of decision makers Experience with CRM programs preferred but not essential Capacity to work independently with a competitive spirit Current driver’s licenceHow to apply
