About You:

  • Experience in B2B sales, labour hire recruitment, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the blue-collar recruitment landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
