In the thriving beauty industry, we are seeking a results-driven Aesthetic Business Development Representative to spearhead our expansion. As a key member of our innovative team, you will capitalise on an impressive 40% increase in leads this financial year.

Your Role: Reporting to our Sales Team Leaders, you will engage in a mix of in-person and virtual sales, assisting salons, spas, clinics, and practices in utilising our award-winning technology. Your responsibilities will include transforming warm leads into lucrative sales opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, guiding clients throughout their sales journey, driving new business, managing key accounts, and developing winning sales strategies. Staying ahead of the curve is crucial as you keep yourself informed about the latest industry trends and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:
- A strong background in sales, ideally within the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare sectors
- A genuine love for the beauty industry paired with a goal-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with clients and build lasting relationships
- A client-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
- B2B and phone sales experience is essential for excelling in this role
- Familiarity with medi-aesthetic devices, dental or veterinary equipment, pharmaceutical devices, or expertise in dermatology and capital equipment is highly valued

Salary Range: The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
