We are looking for experienced Employment Relations experts to join our internal team and assist the business with any ER matters. 

You will be working directly with multiple stakeholders within the business across a variety of industries across a variety of complex employment relations matters. You will, at times be the single point of contact for the business ensuring consistency of service and technical advice.  

What do you need?

  • A minimum of 3+ years working experience in employment relations
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards and other related legislation.
  • The ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients
  • Impeccable presentation skills written and verbal
