Your opportunity 

As a Marketing Executive, Campaigns, based in our Support Office in Sydney, you will be pivotal in planning, ideating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and visitation across our 42 destinations.

As part of the National Marketing and Community team, you will work closely with both external agencies and in-house teams, collaborating across functions to create impactful campaigns that align with Westfield’s brand objectives and enhance the customer experience. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to Westfield’s marketing efforts while gaining exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

About the Role: 

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from planning and briefing to content creation and delivery. You will ensure that campaigns are aligned with Westfield’s objectives, delivered on time and within budget, and track their performance. Additionally, you will manage content approvals, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve strategies to drive brand advocacy and engagement across our destinations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, brief, and deliver multi-channel campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels (digital, social, email, OOH, in-centre print) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with brand guidelines. 
  • Content Management: Coordinate content creation, manage approval processes, and maintain an asset matrix to ensure quality and consistency across campaigns. 
  • Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: Align campaigns with business and partner objectives by liaising with internal teams and key partners, acting as the main point of contact for campaign queries, and maintaining strong relationships. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and identify key learnings to improve future campaigns. 

What sets you apart  

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with end-to-end exposure to campaign planning and execution.​ 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field advantageous.​ 
  • Ability to manage resource (time, talent, budget).​ 
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, and presentation.​ 
  • Innate understanding of consumer and content trends, with the ability to meaningfully translate these into campaign and content ideas​. 
  • Understanding of brand and customer journey mapping.​ 
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
