Personalised Marketing Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time

We are seeking a talented Personalised Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Senior Manager CRM - Personalised Marketing you will play a key role in driving growth across Domain’s product solutions for consumers, our developer and media clients. Who are you?

You are an innovative and data savvy Personalised Marketing Manager who thrives working within a fast-paced, cross functional environment. Working within the Marketing team across Domain, you will lead the strategy, development and delivery of CRM Personalised Marketing lifecycle communications targeting Domain’s consumers, utilising all 1:1 channels. You will also lead the partnership strategy and execution of lead generation campaigns for our developer and media partners. The ideal candidate will:

Leverage our new marketing and customer data platforms to strategically develop and execute end to end lifecycle campaigns. These include acquisition, onboarding, nurture and re-engagement lifecycle campaigns, using 1:1 comms channels.

Work with the commercial team to develop and launch innovative revenue driving products, as well as data teams / key stakeholders to effectively manage audiences and build campaigns within our marketing platform.

Consult with the wider marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns and delve into customer insights to coordinate activities to meet business objectives.

Be a strategic business partner and provide best in class Personalised Marketing expertise and advice to stakeholders.

You have:

Experience (3 + years in a CRM, customer product, customer marketing or similar B2C marketing role.

Bachelor degree in Marketing, or able demonstrate experience to a similar level

Experience in planning, executing and optimising 1:1 marketing campaigns across various channels (email, personalising app home screens, push notifications etc.)

Experience managing and analysing customer data to drive decision making and improve customer experiences

Ability to develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty

Experience in a similar CRM role is highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
