The Senior Marketing Manager, Agent reports to the Head of Marketing, Agent and is responsible for leading all brand marketing, communications and national seasonal campaigns for Domain’s marketing products, in addition to taking a lead role in strategic projects that support our Agent division’s commercial objectives.

We are seeking someone who brings fresh thinking to the team and brings a well rounded grasp of each element of the marketing mix and planning process. You are passionate about generating outstanding results that link to business objectives and you know what it takes to make it all happen.

You will make your mark through driving Agent awareness and value perception of Domain and partnering with our Personalised Marketing, Digital, Content and Creative teams to design, test and evolve customer lifecycle communications that increase agent engagement and cross-sell. We work in an agile environment that relies on strong relationships, so the successful candidate will have proven experience working collaboratively across an organisation to deliver on stakeholder requirements and gather customer and market insights to inform strategy. Key stakeholders include our Head of Sales, Head of Agent Solutions and GM Product.

You will manage a team of two Marketing Managers that each have unique ownership of our marketing product set and also work alongside a Senior Marketing Manager who is responsible for supporting Domain’s complementary Workflow product set.

We are a highly data driven team so you will constantly review, track & report on all initiatives and programs to assess ROI and recommendation of initiatives to improve the impact of marketing activities.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 8 years multi-channel marketing experience, including team leadership

Expertise in developing digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution

Experience working with CRM (eg Salesforce) and personalised marketing systems

Exposure to event marketing principles

Project and budget management experience

Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
