We are searching for an enthusiastic and seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to join on a 3-Month contract. You will be instrumental in supporting and executing essential projects from July to September. This includes spearheading the go-to-market execution for the Spring ATL campaign and managing a key TV sponsorship. You will also assist with various smaller projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spring ATL Campaign: Lead the execution of the go-to-market strategy across OOH, Radio, Social, and Digital channels.
  • TV Sponsorship: Manage key sponsorship activations.
  • Photography Library: Help outline key timelines and initiate an audit of the company's photographic assets.
  • Additional Support: Assist with smaller projects throughout the contract period.
  • Project Management: Focus on the execution and delivery of go-to-market plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a Marketing Executive, the brand team, media lead, agency, and media partners to ensure effective and timely delivery of campaigns and sponsorships.
  • Creative Services: Lead briefs and timelines with internal Creative Services to ensure high-quality and timely outputs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop internal stakeholder engagement packs to keep key teams informed about project developments.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Timely delivery of key campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand vision.
  • Effective engagement with all key stakeholders, with support from the Brand+Creative team.
  • Providing essential support and guidance to the Marketing Executive, facilitating smooth project execution.

Key Relationships:

  • Foster strong relationships with the brand, creative, and consumer marketing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with agency and media partners.
  • Support and mentor the Marketing Executive on key projects.

Experience & Education:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or agency roles.
  • Proven experience in go-to-market execution or implementation.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and readiness to dive into tasks.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and coordination.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
