Exciting career opportunity for a IT Service Desk Analyst L1 L2 | Helpdesk Analyst | AD | Windows Server 2012| Exchange| Office365, Windows10 | Networking | Cisco |VoIP - to work with an exciting  growing business in Sydney on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the delivery of 1st and some 2nd line Desktop, Network and some business critical application support services for users, within their small corporate environment of almost 200 staff.  The role incorporates regular reporting to the Team Leader, as well as local supervision and mentoring of other junior staff, act in a consulting role with third party organisations, as well as helping to maintain a functional relationship with business line technologists for support related issues.

The IT Service Desk Analyst L1 L2 | Helpdesk Analyst | AD | Windows Server 2012| Exchange| Office365, Windows10 | Networking | Cisco |VoIP -  will be part of a support function but be an autonomous person, working in a small sized team of 4 and used to providing an excellent client experience.  You will need to possess, 3+ years in a similar type function with ideally 1-2 years working in a similar industry or small client side company.  

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant operating systems.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in: Windows 2012 Server, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10, Remote access technologies, DNS/DHCP/WINS, Detailed knowledge of workstation and server hardware, Device drivers and peripheral support.
  • Experience in supporting laptops/remote users, ideally covering mac’s and iPhone’s and iPads
  • Microsoft O365 experience
  • General networking protocol IP, VoIP, video conferencing knowledge and understanding
  • Good documentation skills and mentoring skills
  • Able to demonstrate and articulate effectively

This role is a permanent role and based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. 3 days per week and 2 days WFH.
