Expertech is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work with a growing business in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line desktop, network, and business-critical application support services to users within a small corporate environment.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Team Leader and local supervision and mentoring of junior staff.
  • Act as a consultant with third-party organizations and maintain a functional relationship with business line technologists for support-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant operating systems.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in Windows 2012 Server, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10, Remote access technologies, DNS/DHCP/WINS, workstation and server hardware, device drivers, and peripheral support.
  • Experience in supporting laptops/remote users, including Macs and iOS devices.
  • Microsoft O365 experience.
  • General networking protocol knowledge and understanding, including IP, VoIP, and video conferencing.
  • Good documentation skills and mentoring skills.
  • Able to demonstrate and articulate effectively.

Working Arrangements:

This is a permanent role based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, with a 3-day work-from-home arrangement.

Eligibility:

Candidates must currently hold Australian permanent residency or be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role.
