What this opportunity involves:

JLL is seeking a Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist to join our Work Dynamics team with a long standing national client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our client and their employees

Overview of the role:

  • Manage visitor arrivals, provide access passes, and assist with wayfinding
  • Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps and proactively manage issues
  • Run daily huddles with the FM team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain and restock common areas, including breakfast bars
  • Provide intuitive, exceptional service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations
  • Spend at least 2 hours daily welcoming employees and conducting floor walks
  • Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-ups
  • Assist with client events and manage conference room bookings
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure smooth operations

  • Diploma degree or above
  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate (preferred)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitality
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to new technologies and applications
