We are seeking a skilled Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist to join our Work Dynamics team with a long-standing national client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our client and their employees.

About the Role:

  • Manage visitor arrivals, provide access passes, and assist with wayfinding to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps and proactively manage issues to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Run daily huddles with the FM team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and restock common areas, including breakfast bars, to promote employee well-being and productivity.
  • Provide intuitive, exceptional service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
  • Spend at least 2 hours daily welcoming employees and conducting floor walks to foster a sense of community and connection.
  • Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-ups, to demonstrate responsiveness and dedication.
  • Assist with client events and manage conference room bookings to ensure smooth logistics and high-quality service.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

  • A diploma degree or above in a relevant field, such as hospitality or facility management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and applications to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

As a Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist, you can expect a competitive salary of AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
