About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Manager to join our customer-focused Property Workplace team at Bupa's Brisbane office.

This is an exciting opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment, undertaking a variety of daily activities and solving issues as they arise to create a vibrant workplace experience for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing superior Concierge and Reception services including visitor greeting, security pass allocation, stationery orders, meeting room management, event coordination, catering requirements, and technical support for our meeting room and desk booking systems.
  • Ensuring all Property Compliance activities and reporting are accurate for our Corporate Offices.
  • Supporting the national workplace manager with reporting and analysis of space, headcount, and churn requirements.
  • Security management for all Bupa employees and visitors that comply with our Security Policy.
  • Participating in Security audits as per Bupa's policies.
  • Managing the Fire warden list and training requirements.
  • Managing all contractors in regard to cleaning and or Property matters.
About You

You will be a corporate professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, on-site in a medium to large corporate setting.

In addition, you'll bring to the role:

  • A strong background in property management, with experience overseeing security processes.
  • While not essential, experience managing an office relocation would be an advantage.
  • Workplace Concierge or Receptionist work experience with a strong client-focus mindset and demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as is the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • As a self-motivated professional with decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will be adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
