Workplace Lead
At Bupa, our purpose is to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. This is at the core of who we are, making us a healthcare provider that strives to deliver meaningful change.
The opportunity:
We have an opening for a Workplace Lead to join our customer-focused Property Workplace team at Bupa’s Brisbane office. This customer facing role will work across reception, workplace, and property management on-site at our corporate office, and will also help manage the internal relocation to a new floor in our building.
As part of a small on-site team, you’ll leverage your experience in a similar role within a medium to large enterprise to excel in a dynamic environment, undertaking a variety of daily activities and solving issues as they arise to create a vibrant workplace experience.
Join our collaborative Brisbane team, on-site at our Turbot Street office. This position is offered as Fixed Term for 7-months, full-time with core hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
What do I need?
This role will suit a corporate professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, on-site in a medium to large corporate setting.
In addition, you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong background in property management, with experience overseeing security processes.
- While not essential, experience managing an office relocation would be an advantage.
- Workplace Concierge or Receptionist work experience with a strong client-focus mindset and demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as is the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- As a self-motivated professional with decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will be adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Providing superior Concierge and Reception services including visitor greeting, security pass allocation, stationery orders, meeting room management, event coordination, catering requirements and technical support for our meeting room and desk booking systems.
- Ensuring all Property Compliance activities and reporting are accurate for our Corporate Offices
- Supporting the national workplace manager with reporting and analysis of space, headcount, and churn requirements.
- Security management for all Bupa employees and visitors that comply with our Security Policy.
- Participating in Security audits as per Bupa’s policies.
- Managing the Fire warden list and training requirements.
- Managing all contractors in regard to cleaning and or Property matters.
Why work at Bupa?
A career at Bupa is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and communities. Our purpose, helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world, is what inspires us. It’s a promise to our customers to change lives, and our world, for the better. Our people are at the heart of this. It’s their passion, ideas and commitment that will shape a brighter future for both Bupa and our customers.
