About the Role
As the Customer Engagement & Retention Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimising customer engagement and retention through data-driven campaign management and site optimisations. This role will focus on maximizing campaign delivery, enhancing app launch effectiveness, improving mobile retention, and establishing best practices across Klayvio setup, data management, and flow optimisation. You’ll be an expert in Klayvio, responsible for ensuring our email marketing and customer retention flows are impactful and drive meaningful connections with our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee Klayvio setups, data management, and template building, ensuring an organized, scalable approach to customer engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience and increase conversions on Spacetalk's digital platforms.
- Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty; refine approach based on data insights.
- Continuously analyse the effectiveness of customer flows and refine them to increase engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Collaborate on app launch initiatives, driving user adoption, and optimizing customer journey touchpoints.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to increase mobile user retention, leveraging data insights and feedback.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to measure campaign success, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Klayvio, from setup and data structuring to advanced flow and campaign optimization.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and apply insights to enhance campaign performance and customer retention.
- Passionate about understanding customer needs and dedicated to creating engaging, retention-focused experiences.
- Solid understanding of site optimisation, CRM tools, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at identifying and implementing process improvements for campaign delivery and customer engagement.
