Business Development and Sales Manager

The Role
Lumus Imaging is seeking a passionate Business Development and Sales Manager to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for delivering revenue growth to Lumus Imaging by delivering the State and National strategic business plans. You will manage, guide, and support a team of Medical Liaison Officers as they nurture relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new opportunities. You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies tailored to the Medical Imaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other lead-generation activities. Identify potential partners and strategic alliances that can enhance our service offerings or expand our market reach. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and achievement of objectives. Meet and exceed revenue targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organisation. Drive revenue growth through a targeted approach by directing the MLO team. Support the implementation of key programs that differentiate and enhance Lumus Imaging’s standing in the Healthcare Imaging market. Provide comprehensive support to the Medical Liaison Officer (MLO) team by assisting with territory management, data management, target lists, and crafting marketing messages. Lead the hiring process and ensure new team members are effectively onboarded to integrate seamlessly into the team.
