ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Email Marketing Specialist to join our high performing team on a permanent Full-Time basis. Working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, we offer the flexibility of working 4 days from home and everyWednesday in our Sydney city office with the wider team. Please note the training period will be a few more days per week in the office initially.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Operations Lead who has a wealth of knowledge in the Digital Marketing Space. The role you play in this team is pivotal in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and engage audiences. 

We are a creative, energetic team looking for someone who will:

  • Develop annual Marketing Plans, detailing marketing activities and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities, identify inefficiencies within the marketing efforts and implement solutions
  • Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Manage all display activities, content creation (both text and imagery), monitoring, promotion and advertising
  • Develop and manage digital content
  • Provide market research, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Manage all websites and CMS platforms
  • Liaise with legal and security teams to ensure requirements are met (including copy and creative, contracts and integrations)
  • Keep up-to-date with current marketing trends and identifying opportunities for Pickles to improve their marketing
  • Manage relationships both internally and externally with a diverse group of stakeholders and adapt communication accordingly

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: 
Key Experience

  • 3+ years’ digital marketing experience
  • Campaign management experience
  • Copy writing skills ideal (blogs, social copy, short / long copy)
  • Email marketing experience
  • Experience in creating engaging content across social media - ideally
  • Project management skills: planning, organising, meeting deadline/s, multi-tasking
  • Interest in analytics
  • Ability to analyse and report on marketing campaign results
