The role

Responsibilities will include (not limited to):

Provide exceptional leadership, support, mentoring and direction to the Claims Specialists Team Manage daily team priorities Meet or exceed individual and team members Score Card objectives Drive and maximise productivity, at both individual and team level Develop and nurture effective working relationships with all team members, internal and external customers and stakeholders Demonstrate Suncorp Leader Profile behaviours – leading by example.

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

Demonstrated leadership qualities and skills Thorough knowledge of TS claims operations including strategic objectives Thorough knowledge and understanding of NURV operating system Knowledge & understanding of the market Demonstrated organisational and time management skills Planning and strong communication skills Knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements.
