Are you passionate about sustainability and providing tailored solutions to clients? Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Solutions Coordinator to join their innovative and fast-growing team.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and overseeing the development of custom product designs that align with their mission of sustainability.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs, liaising with internal teams to bring custom designs to life, and ensuring a smooth and successful client experience from concept to delivery
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop custom, sustainable solutions for each client
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for custom orders, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Proactively resolve any client issues and ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide ongoing support and product knowledge to clients to help them achieve their sustainability goals

About You:

  • Strong account management or client services experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with keen attention to detail
  • A passion for sustainability and environmentally friendly practices
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions
