Executive Assistant

Are you looking for a new opportunity to be part of an incredible team that strives for success in the Real Estate industry? Due to exciting movement within the team, we are now seeking to appoint a skilled Executive Assistant to seamlessly join the team. Working alongside an accomplished Lead Agent who has over two decade’s worth of experience in the industry and a motivated team of professionals, you will bring experience and a true passion for the industry to the role This position is based out of our prestigious New Farm sales office located on James Street, Fortitude Valley.

We are in search of an individual who embodies teamwork and leadership and is prepared to exceed expectations to provide an outstanding client experience. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for organisation, always staying one step ahead. This role transcends the traditional 9-5 framework, where each day brings unique challenges, ensuring a dynamic work environment.

Nevertheless, your contributions will consistently receive recognition and rewards

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Executive Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity of the entire team
  • Extensive diary management ensuring the Lead Agent has their days and time with clients and team maximised
  • Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy
  • General personal tasks as requested by the Lead Agent
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent’s listings
  • Self-managing day to day tasks
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a high functioning real estate administration role (2+ years)
  • strong team management skills are highly valued
  • A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exemplary organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package
  • Holds a current QLD Registration Certificate
