About the role:

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our Toyota team in Warwick Farm.

To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

In this position you will be ultimately responsible for:

Engaging with customers on the telephone, online and face to face on the showroom floor. Vehicle demonstration and test drives Understanding and qualifying the customer’s needs Motor vehicle registration and government paperwork compliance Assisting with preparation and presentation of new vehicle deliveries Vehicle appraisals Preparation of vehicle quotes and understanding of the financing process

About you:

Valid work rights in Australia Commitment to a six-day roster with two days off each week (Sundays closed) Passion for outstanding customer service Highly motivated and results-driven Exceptional communication skills across all platforms (in-person, phone, online) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications Essential: NSW driver’s license Eager to learn and embrace new challenges Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
