About the Role:`

  • Take charge of the end-to-end sales process, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and managing negotiations.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients through various channels to build and maintain robust relationships.
  • Collaborate with our software development team to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and contribute feedback for product enhancements.
  • Oversee sales performance, including tracking metrics, preparing forecasts, and co-developing annual budgets with the leadership team.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and expand our partner network and channels, working closely with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns and content.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and channel development, with a proven track record in B2B software sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with strong consultative sales and relationship management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and document management solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a passion for fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience in building sales teams in a dynamic environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM software, and other sales tools.

What We Offer:

  • $140K to $150k base depending on experience - $200k to $250k OTE
  • Competitive tiered commission structure
  • A full-time role with a central CBD location and flexible work-from-home options.
