About the Role:`
- Take charge of the end-to-end sales process, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and managing negotiations.
- Engage with existing and potential clients through various channels to build and maintain robust relationships.
- Collaborate with our software development team to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and contribute feedback for product enhancements.
- Oversee sales performance, including tracking metrics, preparing forecasts, and co-developing annual budgets with the leadership team.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and expand our partner network and channels, working closely with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns and content.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and channel development, with a proven track record in B2B software sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with strong consultative sales and relationship management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and document management solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a passion for fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Experience in building sales teams in a dynamic environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM software, and other sales tools.
What We Offer:
- $140K to $150k base depending on experience - $200k to $250k OTE
- Competitive tiered commission structure
- A full-time role with a central CBD location and flexible work-from-home options.
