Job Title: Head of Sales

ClearCompany is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on new product development and global big-box retailers
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in big-box retail channels
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market, customer behavior, and product development processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
