Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team in Australia. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in team management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
