About the Role
They seek a proactive Administration Support professional; reporting directly to the General Manager. This role plays a crucial part in supporting operational administration tasks, including data Processing, reporting, scheduling, and procurement support. Successful applicant for this role must have expert proficiency in using PowerBI, Crystal and MS Excel software and should be confident with interpreting data and have some procurement knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Running and preparing reports for the business.
- Gathering data for KPI reporting.
- Populating production data.
- Providing procurement support.
- Backup support for scheduling processes.
- System receipting of deliveries.
- Assisting in resource management.
- Supporting Health and Safety processes.
- Managing staff amenities and consumables tracking and ordering.
- Reporting:
- Generating daily internal reports in Crystal and Power BI.
- Reviewing daily production results and identifying issues.
- Gathering and summarising production data for analysis.
- Quality:
- Adhering to ISO processes and procedures.
- Maintaining quality objectives and functions.
- Assisting in quality processes and reporting.
- Supporting EHS inspections and checks.
- Participating in non-conformance reporting processes.
Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge & Experience:
- Office administration experience, Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in report writing Crystal and Power BI is a must.
- Strong coordination skills.
- High-level data entry proficiency.
- Computer Skills:
- Exceptional Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent Crystal and/or Power BI Reports skills.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to effectively liaise with team members.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Attitudes & Behaviour:
- Highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to quality.
- Team-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
