About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering administration support across all aspects of the operations. You will play a pivotal role with workplace administration
Duties
- Provide office support and manage activities related to the business.
- Data entry, across various platforms
- Supporting the accounts and sales teams with all administration duties
- Operational support,
- Administration support to the accounts team, inventory & purchase order management, account payable and receivable reconciliation
- General administration including document control, filing and records of business activity, support customer service, etc
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration based role
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders, varied situations' day to day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly motivated
