ADMINISTRATION RECEPTIONIST

New Born Electricals Pty Ltd

New Born Electricals is a fast expanding small business delivering excellent quality Electrical services to our clients, primarily based in South West Sydney.

Casual reception position available.

To being with, you will need to work an 8-hr day every Monday. There is potential for additional hours depending on how busy the business is, can be up to 4 or 5 days a week. The hours are flexible and we can work with you.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Performing reception duties, including incoming calls
- Handling and archiving company documentation and client files
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, printing, and scanning
- Maintaining stock of office supplies
- Data Entry
- Be able to do some marketing, mostly to do with social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.
- Occasionally will need to drive to wholesalers and/or to a jobsite to pick up or deliver materials/ other items.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
- A dedication to providing outstanding client service.
- Well-developed organizational skills
- A high standard of personal presentation
- The ability to accept responsibility, use initiative, and work as part of our team
- Adequate Office and IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software (Will be provided with on the job training).
- Hold a valid Driver’s License
