As an Early Careers Consultant, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our legal workforce. Your role will involve:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of our clerks and graduates.Overseeing the smooth running of our summer & winter clerkship intakes and graduate programs.Working alongside our People consultants in leading the graduate rotations, and evaluation processes.Facilitating and leading discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.Designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume building, interview techniques, and career development.Organising events, workshops, and networking opportunities - you will find yourself attending various events and ensuring we are recognised as an employer of choice.Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, law societies and associations.Providing ongoing support and guidance to our graduates and Partners, helping them navigate any challenges.Collaborating with our team to develop innovative programs to meet the evolving needs of our firm.What We’re Looking For:
