Human Resources Advisor (Early Careers) - 12 month Fixed-Term Contract

The Role
Reporting to the Early Careers Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
**Performance management**: Have initial discussions about performance management for graduates and complete 1:1 reviews with the graduates;
**Program management**: Lead all program management activity for the graduates, for example organisation of networking and skills sessions and practice group insight sessions;
**Delivery of supervisor training**: ahead of each rotation commencing, and ensuring the supervisor training materials are fit for purpose at all times;
Design, organise and deliver the annual Australian graduate induction;
**Permanent placement process**: work with colleagues within the Early Careers function to manage the permanent placement process for the qualifying graduates;
**Employee relations**: assist with employee relations cases primarily relating to physical and mental health, and performance; and
**Professional skills training**: Lead the ongoing development and evolution of the professional skills training curriculum offered to graduates.
Skills, experience and characteristics
Previous experience as a HR Advisor or position alike;
A keen interest within the Early Careers environment;
Exposure to some L&D design and facilitation is desirable;
Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations is desirable; and
Excellent communication skills.
