**About the Role**:
As an Early Career Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining early-career professionals at Fujitsu. This role involves coordinating talent attraction initiatives, overseeing all early-career activities and events, and providing mentorship and guidance to Fujitsu's graduate cohorts. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and HR Business Partners within Fujitsu to align on the objectives and drive the program to ensure our graduate talents effectively immerse themselves in the company culture and are positioned for long-term success within Fujitsu.

**You Will Be Responsible For**:

- ** Design and Development**: Creating and refining programs to attract, develop, and retain early-career talent, while ensuring alignment with Fujitsu's organizational goals. This includes branding and marketing initiatives to promote Fujitsu as an Employer of Choice.
- ** Event Management**: Organizing events such as orientation sessions, networking opportunities, and participating in career development initiatives to support the development and engagement of the graduates.
- ** Training and Development**: Designing and implementing training programs, workshops, activities, and events to enhance skills and help in early career development, providing a seamless transition from the program into the organization.
- ** Mentorship and Support**: Establishing mentorship and support systems together with the business and HR to provide the best early-career opportunities within Fujitsu and facilitating their professional growth.
- ** Collaboration**: Working with various Lines of Business, HR, and other stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the success of the graduate program.
- ** Evaluation and Improvement**: Continuously monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of the program through regular feedback and performance metrics, while making necessary improvements to enhance outcomes.
- ** Budget Management**: Overseeing the budget allocated for the programs and ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and within budget.

**To Be Successful You Will Need**:

- Experience in managing early career or graduate programs, including designing and implementing early career events, activities, as well as branding and marketing initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with early-career employees, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to design, implement, and oversee multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, provide mentorship, and support the development of the graduate employees.
- The ability to adapt to changing business trends and continuously improve program offerings.
