The Role:
As an Early Careers Consultant, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our legal workforce. Your role will involve:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of our clerks and graduates.
- Overseeing the smooth running of our summer & winter clerkship intakes and graduate programs.
- Working alongside our People consultants in leading the graduate rotations, and evaluation processes.
- Facilitating and leading discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume building, interview techniques, and career development.
- Organising events, workshops, and networking opportunities - you will find yourself attending various events and ensuring we are recognised as an employer of choice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, law societies and associations.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to our graduates and Partners, helping them navigate any challenges.
- Collaborating with our team to develop innovative programs to meet the evolving needs of our firm.

What We’re Looking For:

- A background in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to build relationships with stakeholders.
