The opportunity

Silverchain Group have multiple vacancies commencing 16th September for suitably experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Centre team in Osborne Park, WA. As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and stakeholders.  

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Contact Centre Representatives available to work Monday to Friday across a range of available shifts.

Hourly Rate of $33.94 + penalties + super and salary packaging options.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with an empathetic and supportive attitude
  • Creating peace of mind for our clients by providing exceptional service when handling inbound call enquiries
  • Action any emergency calls efficiently whilst remaining calm
  • Adhere to key performance indicators

Hours

  • Full-Time shifts available between 10am-10pm Monday to Friday or 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • Part-Time shifts available between 12pm-10pm Monday to Friday. Minimum commitment 30 hours per week.

Training

You will be required to undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from Silverchain House in Osborne Park.

 The Contact Centre offers a hybrid working model which combines both working from home and working from our Osborne Park site. Once you have completed office-based training and we've set you up for success in the role you will become part of this model.

16th September 2024 (non- negotiable)

About you

 To succeed in this role you must have;

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment (contact centre experience desirable)
  • A valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A reliable internet connection (equipment provided) to facilitate working from home.
  • The ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
