We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused administration staff member to join our motivated and dynamic team.

We have a part-time position available for enthusiastic, motivated and experienced administration clerk to join our customer focused Pre-Admissions team.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers and the general public performing reception and general administrative duties. This is an exciting and pivotal role where your team and customer services skills will be highly valued.
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience in a hospital/medical setting desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and health funds highly regarded
- A professional and personable disposition
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts with ease
- Experience using Meditech is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
Remuneration
A base hourly rate from $31.49 + superannuation, based on relevant skills, experience and qualifications. (Grade 3 Year 1)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
